If you don't know which package to get and you just want an FFmpeg executable, get this one:
ffmpeg-latest
Currently, the latest recommended executable is
ffmpeg-r18639.7z
For an ffmpeg GUI, try Avanti

VHooks are no longer being built. 13981 provided here is probably the most recent you'll find.
Future builds will include the experimental avfilters library. 13981 such build here is very experimental
